Day guests should arrive from 11:00am

11:30am – Guests Enter – Conservatory

12:00pm – The Ceremony! – Conservatory

12:30pm – Drinks Reception and Photos (and Crazy Golf!) – Main Bar/Dunkerley/Grounds

2:30pm – Speeches – Conservatory

3:00pm – Wedding Breakfast – Conservatory

5:00pm – Tea and Coffee (and Crazy Golf!) – Main Bar/Dunkerley/Grounds

Evening guests may arrive from 5:30pm

6:30pm – Evening Reception – Conservatory

7:00pm – Cake Cutting and First Dance – Conservatory

8:00pm – Evening Buffet – Conservatory

11:45pm – Last Orders

Finding the Conservatory:

From the hotel front door, head left through the main bar. Turn right at the bar itself, then immediately left. Descend the two or three steps and the Conservatory is down the corridor on the right.

The Bears Paw is less than 5 minutes drive from Mere Court Hotel, just a short distance along the A50.

We have made a table reservation and pre-ordered food. If you wish to join us but have not yet told us then please let us know ASAP.
